At 9 am on September 3, 2023, GZUC held a grand military training and commendation conference for freshmen of Grade 2023. The leaders who attended the meeting were Luo Bing, President of GZUC, Zhang Yong and Wen Daqiang, Vice President of GZUC, Member of the Party Committee, Chen Xiaoping and Gou Xianmao, Member of the Party Committee, leaders of the training troops, as well as the heads of the teaching departments and relevant functional departments. The meeting was presided over by Tang Xuemei, Minister of Department of Armed Forces of GZUC.
The conference kicked off with the solemn national anthem. Then, the military training commander, Vice President Zhang Yong announced: The military training for freshmen of Grade 2023 of GZUC began!
The sonorous and powerful music sounded, and 30 military training formations passed the rostrum in an orderly manner. They are energetic with loud slogans and strong steps.With skillful movements, passionate slogans and good skills, the teachers and students at the venue applaud warmly. Vice President Zhang Yong read out the list of "Excellent Instructor" and "Advanced Class" in the military training of GZUC of 2023. The leaders at the meeting issued awards and certificates of honor for the advanced classes and excellent instructors.
On behalf of the university, President Luo Bing expressed warm congratulations on the complete success of the military training! Sincere congratulations to all the advanced classes and excellent instructors who were honored! He also paid high tribute to all the instructors who worked hard and trained strictly, expressing heartfelt thanks to all the secondary schools, functional departments and all the counselors who have done a good job in logistics support and service for the military training of freshmen.
