Professor Lyu Guofu was born in April 1970. He became a member of the Communist Party of China in 1991 and started working in July 1992. He holds a PhD and the title of associate professor. He has won the Special Government Allowance from the State Council and has been seleted as a provincially-managed expert in Guizhou Province, a senior think tank expert, and one of the first provincially-managed experts in Qianxinan Prefecture. He also serves as a master tutor. He has held various positions including member of the University Council, vice president, and deputy secretary of the Party Committee at Guizhou Normal University. He also served as the Party Committee Secretary at Xingyi Ethnic Normal College once. Professor LV Guofu is currently the Party Committee Secretary at Guizhou University of Commerce.

Professor Lyu has been appointed as the director of the Southwest Ethnic Regions Teacher Education Research Center, which is the Southwest Branch of the Teacher Education Research Center of Beijing Normal University, a key research base in the humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education. He also serves as a member of the expert committee of the Guizhou Textbook Committee, and the deputy director of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Education Majors in Higher Education Institutions in Guizhou Province. He also holds positions including head person of the provincial-level humanities and social sciences demonstration base, the academic leader of the "Top Ten Innovative Teams" in philosophy and social sciences in Guizhou Province, one of the first batch of "Academic Pioneers" in Guizhou Province, and the head of the Ideological and Political Education Demonstration Center at ordinary undergraduate universities in Guizhou Province.

Professor Lyu is currently responsible for overseeing the overall work of the party committee of the university, managing the party committee office (confidentiality office, party affairs petition office ), the retirement office and the Marxism School. Additionally he is in charge of coordinating with the School of Management.

Professor Lyu serves as the head of the party and the university, taking charge of the party building and school governance. He fullfills the "dual responsibilities" including party building, party conduct and integrity building, ideological and political work safety and stability work, which are related to the departments under his jurisdiction.

Professor Luo Bin was born in March 1966. He started working in September 1986 and became a member of the Communist Party of China in June 1996. He holds a PhD in Economic and the title of a master tutor. He served as a member of the university counsil and Vice President of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics. He currently holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Guizhou University of Commerce, as well as the Vice Chairman (concurrently) of the Guizhou Returned Overseas Chinese Federation.

Professor Luo Bin is in charge of the overall administrative work of the university, responsible for the administration of the President's Office (administrative affairs petition), the Development and Planning Office, the Scientific Research Office, the Audit Office, discipline construction and research institutions. Also, he is in charge of coordinating with the School of Accountancy.

He fullfills the "dual responsibilities" including the party building, party conduct and integrity building, ideological and political work, ideological work, and safety and stability work of the departments under his jurisdiction.

Mr. Chen Yingyong was born in July 1967. He started working in July 1988 and became a member of the Communist Party of China in June 2000. He graduated with a major in Economic Forestry from Southwest University of Forestry, holding a master's degree in public administration. Mr. Chen formerly held the positions including the Deputy Director of the Guizhou Provincial Defense Science and Technology Office, a member of the Defense Science and Technology Counsil of the Provincial Party Committee; Deputy Director and Party Group Member of the Guizhou Provincial Intellectual Property Office; Deputy Director and Party Group Member of the People's Government of Qiandongnan Prefecture. He serves currently as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Guizhou University of Commerce.

Mr. Chen is in charge of the Party Committee's Organization Department, Propaganda Department, United Front Work Department, Student Affairs Department (Military Affairs Department), Student Affairs Office (Enrollment and Employment Office), Labor Union, Network and Informatization Center, and Legal Propaganda and Education. Meanwhile, he assists the Party Committee Secretary in overseeing the Marxism School and coordinates with the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering.

Mr. Tian Huilin was born in April 1967. He graduated from the History Department of Guizhou University in July 1989 (Bachelor of History). He held various positions including Deputy Section Chief, Section Chief, Deputy Director, and Director at the Guizhou Price Bureau. From July 2011 to May 2012, he served as the Director of the Price Supervision and Inspection Bureau of the Guizhou Price Bureau (departmental level). From May 2012 to December 2016, he was a member of the Leading Party Group and a full-time disciplinary inspector at the Provincial Association for Science and Technology. From December 2016 to February 2019, served as a member of the Leading Party Group of the Provincial Association for Science and Technology and Deputy Director-level full-time disciplinary inspector dispatched by the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission to the Discipline Inspection Team of the Department of Science and Technology. Since February 2019, he has been a member of the Party Committee and the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission (Supervision Commissioner) of Guizhou University of Commerce.

Mr. Tian is in charge of the comprehensive work of the university's Discipline Inspection Commission and the Supervision Commissioner's office, responsible for overseeing the Discipline Inspection Commission, the Provincial Supervision Commission stationed at Guizhou University of Commerce, the office of the Supervision Commissioner, and the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office. Also responsible for the internal inspection work of the university.

Mr. Zhang Yong, was born in February 1968. He started working in July 1990 and became a member of the Communist Party of China in January 1989. He holds a Ph.D. in Management, and is a professor and master's supervisor. Currently serving as a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Guizhou University of Commerce.

Mr. Zhang is the Deputy Director of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Economic and Management Majors in Higher Education Institutions in Guizhou Province and one of the academic leaders in philosophy and social sciences among the fifth batch of universities recognized by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education.

Mr. Chen is in charge of the Finance Department, Academic Affairs Office, Human Resources Department, Practical Teaching Center, and Education Evaluation Center. Additionally, they oversee the campus construction's financial audit team and maintain coordination with the School of Economics and Finance.

Mr. Wen Daqiang, was born in August 1964. He started working in July 1984 and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a Ph.D. in Management, and is a professor and master's supervisor，as well as the Dean of the School of Management and Vice President of the Guizhou provincial Logistics Industry Association. Currently serving as a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Guizhou University of Commerce.

Mr. Wen is in charge of the State-owned Assets Management Office, Teacher Affairs Department (Teacher Affairs Office), International Exchange and Cooperation Office, Department of Foreign Language , Sports Teaching Department, Continuing Education College, Journal Editing Department, and General Education College. Additionally, responsible for overseeing the comprehensive team for campus construction and maintaining coordination with the School of Cultural and Arts Media and the School of International Education.

Mr. Yang Yu, was born in October 1964. He started working in July 1990 and became a member of the Communist Party of China in April 1989, holds a university undergraduate degree, and is a senior political instructor. Formerly served as a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Guizhou Business College, currently serving as a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Guizhou University of Commerce.

Mr. Yang is in charge of the Library, Student Aid Center, Logistics Department, Security Department, Youth League Committee, and Ecological Civilization Construction. Additionally, responsible for overseeing the daily work of campus construction and maintains coordination with the College of Tourism Management.

Ms. Chen, assists Mr. Chen Yingyong in coordinating party building, cadre and talent work, and target assessment. Also, aids Mr. Tian Huilin in handling internal inspection work.

She effectively fulfills the "dual responsibilities," related to the party building, party conduct and integrity building, ideological and political work, ideological work, and safety and stability work of the departments under his jurisdiction.

Mr.Gou Xianmao,assists Mr.Chen Yingyong in coordinating propaganda, ideological, and ideological work, as well as united front work.
