At 9:30 am on April 22, the 11th Professionals Convention of Guizhou with the theme of "Professionals Lead the Way" opened in Guiyang. Chen Jing, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Director of “Aerospace Big Data Analysis and Application Innovation Center of Guizhou Province” (GZUC), delivered a keynote speech entitled "Needs, Countermeasures and Thoughts for the Construction of Professional Teams in the Development of Digital Economy under the New Situation" at the opening ceremony.

Chen Jing pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the foundation of digital economy development with the construction of digital professional teams. Digitalization and the digital economy derived from it have become an important force driving economic development, and the role of digital economy as a "stabilizer" and "accelerator" of the national economy has become more and more obvious, and it is imperative to cultivate high-level digital talents. The construction of professional teams not only needs to improve the political quality, but enterprises should constantly enhance the market awareness, management awareness and responsibility awareness, take high-tech professionals as the starting point, strengthen the mechanism in the introduction, use, retention and activation of professionals, and constantly improve the core competence and competitiveness of enterprises.


Chen Jing emphasized that the rapid development of the digital economy has put forward new requirements for the digital literacy, skill and knowledge structures of talents. The education sector, academia and industry should persist in cooperation, innovate the traditional personnel training methods, transform the concept of talent training from nihilism to pragmatism, strengthen and deepen the integration of industry and education, take the road of university-enterprise cooperation, and cultivate more high-quality technical and technical talents to meet the needs of the digital age. Specifically, we should focus on the following three aspects: First, we should strengthen the guidance of top-level design planning to ensure the stability of the digital talent supply chain; Secondly, we should optimize the environment for the development of digital talents and build a “strong” province and city of digital talents. Thirdly, it is necessary to play the main role and cultivate more "digital craftsmen".

Chen Jing stressed that in the era of digital economy, enterprises need to promote their own transformation and upgrading through organizational reconstruction and talent reconstruction. Talent reconstruction needs to reconstruct talent ability and integrate different types of people to support the implementation of the strategy. The main business, growth business and emerging business need to deploy different types of talents and adopt agile talent management model to drive business achievement more effectively.
